A compact indoor backdrop or exhibition frame is usually the lowest-cost complete setup. The cheapest suitable option still depends on dimensions, supported items and site conditions.
Why can two structures of the same size cost differently?
The truss model, load positions, bases, ballast, hoists, access, crew hours, transport and documentation may be completely different.
Are lights and LED panels included?
Not unless the written quotation includes them. Truss, lighting, LED, stage, PA, power and operators should be itemised clearly.
Does outdoor truss cost more?
It often does because the plan may require larger bases, ballast, weather assessment, monitoring, additional crew and structural documentation.
Can I get an exact price from the website?
