What this structure is
An event roof is a complete temporary structure that manages canopy loads, production equipment and weather exposure. Truss geometry is only one part of the system alongside towers, foundations, ballast, guying, drainage and operational controls.

Size guide
Define roof width, depth, eave and apex height, stage dimensions, PA wings, screen positions, roof material and every suspended item. Confirm ground condition, vehicle access, underground-service restrictions and the space available for ballast or guying.
The event team needs weather monitoring, defined operating limits and a documented response for lowering, clearing or evacuating the structure. Roof additions or side covers should never be introduced after approval without review.

Common setup sizes include 6 × 4 m, 8 × 4 m, 8 × 6 m, 10 × 8 m, Custom stage roof. These are enquiry starting points, not pre-approved packages; the complete arrangement must suit the site, supported elements and available footprint.
Use RM 6,000–RM 25,000+ as an approximate early budget. The written quotation changes with dimensions, structure type, bases or towers, ballast, transport, labour, rental duration, supported production and site requirements.
Outdoor suitability requires review of the complete wind-facing area, ground, supports, ballast or foundations, weather exposure and operating response. Indoor equipment is not made outdoor-ready merely by adding weights.
Send the event date, venue pin, visible and overall dimensions, stage or screen plan, material or equipment details, indoor or outdoor status, ground surface, access and approved installation and dismantling times.
Delivery, installation, handover and dismantling can be included. Lighting, LED, print, scenic production, power, operators, hoists, ballast and engineering should be confirmed line by line in the quotation.
