Decorative circular features
Wedding florals, fabric, chandeliers and scenic rings need their own installed-weight and attachment details.

Plan circular lighting rings, ground-supported and flown circles, concentric rigs, stage arches, DJ halos, round booths, curved LED support, dance-floor features, circular roofs, ovals and scenic waves.
Profile versus structure
Factory-made curved truss segments form a specified ring, arc or custom line. The finished event structure also needs compatible connections, orientation, supports or suspension, applied loads, access and an installation method.
CK confirms the actual system and availability during quotation. The diameter or example shown on a webpage is not a universal stock or load promise.
Circular truss measurement
Diameter selector
| Circle size | Typical event scale | Important note | Setup range |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2–3 m outside diameter | Compact decorative, photo, DJ and selected lighting rings | Confirm profile depth, inside clear opening and support method | RM 1,200–RM 8,000+ |
| 4–5 m outside diameter | Wedding, stage, ballroom, exhibition and dance-floor features | Common setup scale; exact segments and loading remain system-specific | RM 2,000–RM 12,000+ |
| 6–8 m outside diameter | Production lighting, brand activation and large exhibition circles | Usually requires more substantial support, lifting, access and logistics | RM 4,000–RM 20,000+ |
| 10 m+ outside diameter | Major production rings, roofs and large 360-degree structures | Project assessment, exact manufacturer data and venue or ground information | Project quotation |
Outside diameter is a common ordering reference, but the exact manufacturer convention must be confirmed. Circumference equals π × diameter for general layout setup; it is not a substitute for the manufacturer’s segment geometry, cutting, connection or load information.

Eurotruss notes that diameter affects the number of curved segments and recommends checking the circle or curved structure’s load-bearing capacity separately. Prolyte publishes product-specific circular-truss data whose conditions depend on diameter and suspension-point arrangement.
CK therefore asks for the exact circle, profile, support or suspension and load positions instead of publishing one universal capacity.

Common enquiry diameters begin around 2 m and extend through 3 m, 4 m, 5 m, 6 m and larger project-specific circles. The actual profile, segment count, connections and availability must be confirmed.
Manufacturer product descriptions commonly use an outside diameter, but the clear inside opening is smaller by the truss profile depth on both sides. Every quote and drawing should label the measurement convention.
Yes, when the exact system is configured for the chosen method. Ground support transfers loads through towers or legs and bases; flown circles require approved venue points, hoists, hardware and a rigging plan.
Only declared equipment and decoration included in the complete checked load arrangement should be attached. Provide models, verified weights, positions and attachment methods.
CK can plan and quote circular and curved event structures subject to the required diameter, compatible system, current availability, venue or site and complete project assessment.
No. A circular roof is a complete temporary roof system with radial members, supports, membrane, drainage, environmental loads and operating limits. A lighting circle should not be covered with an improvised sheet.
