Use the completed wet or installed weight—not an empty-frame estimate. Include water, foam, cages, timber or metal subframes, cables and electrical accessories. Agree attachments and secondary retention where applicable, isolate the work area and inspect the final overhead installation.
Assemble and inspect the ring at working level where possible, attach controlled décor in the agreed sequence, lift using the planned method and inspect again at trim.
