What to measure
Provide finished drape width and height, fullness ratio or flat coverage, fabric type and total weight, opening or reveal movement, floor clearance, venue ceiling, available support depth and audience distance.
Drapes & curtains · decoration support guide
Freestanding or venue-coordinated truss support for event curtains, fabric walls, stage masking and decorative drape installations.

What this service does
Curtain draping truss provides a defined support line when a lightweight pipe-and-drape system is not suitable for the height, span, layered finish or integrated production plan. The truss, bases and drape treatment remain separate quotation items.
The closest structural guide is Stage Backdrop Truss. That relationship helps define the structure; it does not make different products or connection systems interchangeable.
Size setup
Provide finished drape width and height, fullness ratio or flat coverage, fabric type and total weight, opening or reveal movement, floor clearance, venue ceiling, available support depth and audience distance.
Decoration specification
Specify fabric composition, colour, opacity, fullness, pleat direction, lining, valance, tie-backs, bottom finish and whether the curtain is static, drawn or used for a reveal. Venue-required flame-performance documentation should be identified before installation.
Truss, connections, bases, towers, braces and suspension define the working geometry.
Tracks, timber, metal frames, floral cages, cables and attachment hardware have weight.
Fabric, florals, panels, props, signs and lighting create the event-facing composition.
Routes, power, service access, reveal movement and later décor changes remain controlled.

Category-specific boundary
Confirm fabric composition, total hanging weight, fullness, venue-required flame-performance information, exit and sign visibility, sprinkler or detector clearance, ventilation and the effect of air movement. Do not allow hems, tie-backs or bases to enter public routes.
Erect and inspect the support before hanging fabric. Steam or dress curtains away from electrical equipment, keep exits and service routes visible, and test any moving reveal before guests enter.
Outdoor fabric, greenery, panels and scenic skins are included in the environmental and wind-facing assessment. No website size or price approves the final arrangement.
