Floral & overhead décor · decoration support guide
Overhead truss grid or selected spans for suspended floral clouds, greenery ceilings and large decorative installations.

What this service does
A hanging floral ceiling uses a defined overhead support layout for distributed decoration, focal clusters and service access. The truss and suspension method follow the venue, while floral subframes and attachments remain part of the declared load.
The closest structural guide is Lighting Grid Truss. That relationship helps define the structure; it does not make different products or connection systems interchangeable.
Size setup
Map the decorated area, trim height, table or stage layout, every floral module and wet weight, subframes, lighting, HVAC, sprinklers, detectors, ceiling points or ground-support footprint and installation access.
Decoration specification
Combine density, colour and negative space around lighting and venue services. The reflected ceiling plan should show floral modules, fixtures, rigging paths and required clearances together.
Truss, connections, bases, towers, braces and suspension define the working geometry.
Tracks, timber, metal frames, floral cages, cables and attachment hardware have weight.
Fabric, florals, panels, props, signs and lighting create the event-facing composition.
Routes, power, service access, reveal movement and later décor changes remain controlled.

Use the completed wet or installed weight—not an empty-frame estimate. Include water, foam, cages, timber or metal subframes, cables and electrical accessories. Agree attachments and secondary retention where applicable, isolate the work area and inspect the final overhead installation.
Coordinate venue or local rigging, truss, lighting and floral teams. Load in a controlled sequence, keep the area isolated and inspect the final dressed grid before guests occupy the room.
Outdoor fabric, greenery, panels and scenic skins are included in the environmental and wind-facing assessment. No website size or price approves the final arrangement.
