Outdoor backdrop work is a wind-management problem as much as a branding problem. The complete elevation, print material, open area, ground condition, base geometry, ballast strategy and local exposure all affect the structural approach.

Size guide
State the finished visible size, overall site space, ground surface, nearby buildings, stage level and whether the face is solid PVC, fabric, mesh, LED or mixed scenic. CK handles common outdoor backdrops through 50 × 25 ft and can assess larger custom dimensions.
A weather plan must identify who monitors conditions, which operating limits apply and what action is taken when thresholds are approached. A backdrop should not be installed simply because the same nominal size worked at a different site.

Common setup sizes include 20 × 10 ft, 30 × 15 ft, 40 × 20 ft, 50 × 25 ft, Larger by assessment. These are enquiry starting points, not pre-approved packages; the complete arrangement must suit the site, supported elements and available footprint.
Use RM 4,000–RM 20,000+ as an approximate early budget. The written quotation changes with dimensions, structure type, bases or towers, ballast, transport, labour, rental duration, supported production and site requirements.
Outdoor suitability requires review of the complete wind-facing area, ground, supports, ballast or foundations, weather exposure and operating response. Indoor equipment is not made outdoor-ready merely by adding weights.
Send the event date, venue pin, visible and overall dimensions, stage or screen plan, material or equipment details, indoor or outdoor status, ground surface, access and approved installation and dismantling times.
Delivery, installation, handover and dismantling can be included. Lighting, LED, print, scenic production, power, operators, hoists, ballast and engineering should be confirmed line by line in the quotation.
